myfitnesspal.com

My friends Kim and Whitney just started two different blogs to get into better shape. I have been holding on to those last 5 to 8 pounds of baby weight and was so excited to join the journey with them. Kim told me about this great site called myfitnesspal.com. I decided to give it a try! I have loved it and actually lost 5 pounds this week from eating better and exercising more. If you would like to try it out go for it. It is free and calculates how much exercise and calories you should be getting to get to your goal weight. If you do it make sure to look me up so we can be friends and cheer each other on. I hope you like it like I do.
